Anne Mayhugh is a licensed full time REALTOR with RE/MAX Properties East and specializes in residential, light commercial and investment properties. Anne has 11 years of real estate experience and is a relocation specialist. She is a real estate investor as well as providing sound advice to other investors.
Anne has been in the real estate business since the 1980’s (can you say interest at 14% and points?) and a full time REALTOR here in Louisville since 1997. Shortly after getting licensed here in Kentucky, and took the time to take the full course series from the Real Estate Institute and earned the nationa designation GRI, indicating that she successfully completed all the required courses and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She continues to pursue her education and had taken many sales and marketing classes and seminars in addition to the required continuing education hours each.
This pursuit of education and excellence keep Anne aware of market trends to best serve her clients.
Just as an aside, Anne graduated early from Jeffersontown High School in 1974 and at the age of 16 moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky. She is a bonafide Cats fan but loves those Cards as well. She has 3 children currently attending UK so keep those referrals coming!
