It’s hard to believe it’s 2007. What an interesting year we had in the real estate market last year. Inventory was significantly higher than usual, but sales remained about the same. Buyers have gotten very discriminating, and with so many homes on the market, they think they can afford to be. Stay tuned for facts and figures.
